Megah Mee’s Cha Soba is matcha infused buckwheat noodle. Cha Soba has a firm, solid texture that is enriched with matcha flavour. Simply dip our Cha Soba in savoury soy sauce or dashi-based sauce for a quick and comfy meal.
Serving Instructions:
Soba Noodle Soup
Loosen the noodles and cook it in boiling water for 2 minutes
Zaru Soba
- Cook the noodles in boiling water for 2.5 minutes;
- Drain the noodles and rinse with cold water; and
- Ready to be served.
